Releaf – coming to a Big Feastival near you!

Big Feastival festival-goers on the carousel as the sun goes down

We had a great time at WOMAD – who wouldn’t! and really positive feedback from everyone. So we can’t wait to introduce our biodegradable pee bags to The Big Feastival crowds.

It’s one of the Cotswolds’ main summer attractions. The festival is renowned for its great music, fantastic food and eclectic mix of family-friendly fun. This year’s line-up includes Elbow, Rudimental, Jess Glynne, Lewis Capaldi and Jack Savoretti.

We’re really looking forward to introducing festival-goers, young and not so young, to the anytime, anywhere convenience of RELEAF bags. See you there!

As always, every purchase supports the work of TREEAID (in increasing the economic and environmental resilience of communities in the African drylands.

Releaf team help Maharashtra flood victims

Disposable Pee Bags - Releaf Ltd - Helping hygiene and communities

Releaf manufacture disposable and hygienic biodegradable pee bags, ideal for communities in disaster situations, such as floods.

Siddhant (“Sid”), who leads Releaf’s manufacturing operations, is taking time out to help lead the relief support being provided by a 30-strong team of volunteers from Advik to victims of the devastating floods in the Sangli and Kolhapur regions of Maharashtra, India.

According to Indian government sources 378,000 people have been evacuated from their homes.

Advik is a community-based NGO formed in 2013 by Sid and some close friends to collect and distribute non-perishable food items, water, grains, medicines, blankets, clothes and – of course, Releaf pee bags – to disaster victims.

We’re immensely proud of Sid (he’s seventh from the left) and his colleagues. Keep up the great work team, and keep safe!
